Contact Siemens

Talk with an engineering support team about renewable equipment

Send project requirements for BOS, EV charging, storage, wind, monitoring, or installation support. The more complete the first message is, the faster Siemens can route the inquiry to a relevant technical reviewer. Useful context includes the project location, service voltage, available capacity, expected charger count or generation size, enclosure environment, grid interconnection status, documentation deadline, and whether the request is for early design support, procurement comparison, or commissioning closeout.

For EPC and installer teams, a short description of the installation architecture is often enough to begin. For utility and fleet teams, include any standards or owner requirements already specified. For O&M teams, describe the asset type, monitoring gap, alarm history, or maintenance challenge. Siemens will use that information to clarify the next practical step rather than sending generic catalog links.

Share the essentials for a focused response

Include service voltage, estimated load, equipment location, standards region, timeline, and any AHJ or utility comments already received. If drawings are not ready, describe the planned system in plain language: solar BOS, EV charging, battery storage, wind interface, monitoring upgrade, or mixed renewable scope. A reviewer can then identify the missing information needed for a reliable equipment discussion.

For urgent procurement schedules, note the bid date, target shipment window, and whether substitutions are allowed. For technical troubleshooting, note the installed equipment type, observed alarm, environmental condition, and any recent maintenance action.

When the project spans several facilities, group requests by common voltage, equipment family, and inspection region. That keeps follow-up practical and avoids mixing unrelated site constraints in one recommendation.
